Driver & Affiliate Liability and Insurance Policy

All drivers and affiliate transportation providers (“Operators”) engaged by Prestige Ride Services Inc. operate strictly as independent contractors. Nothing in this relationship shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee, joint venture, or partnership relationship.

Each Operator (driver or affiliate company) is solely and fully responsible for maintaining valid and active commercial auto insurance, including but not limited to:

• Commercial Vehicle Liability Insurance
• Passenger Liability Coverage
• Bodily Injury & Property Damage Coverage
• Any additional coverage required by local, state, or federal law

Such insurance must remain active at all times while providing services through the Prestige Ride Services platform.

Prestige Ride Services Inc. shall not be held liable or responsible for:

• Any road accidents or collisions
• Injuries to drivers, passengers, or third parties
• Passenger accident liability claims
• Property damage of any kind
• Death, loss, or personal harm arising during a ride

All such liabilities are exclusively borne by the Operator (Driver/Affiliate) and must be covered under their own commercial insurance policies.

The Operator agrees and acknowledges that:

• They are fully responsible for the safe operation of their vehicle
• They assume all risks associated with providing transportation services
• They are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, licensing, and insurance requirements
• Any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from a trip will be handled solely by the Operator and their insurer

The Operator agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prestige Ride Services Inc., its owners, officers, employees, and partners from and against any and all:

• Claims
• Liabilities
• Losses
• Damages
• Legal expenses (including attorney fees)

arising out of or related to:

• The Operator’s services
• Vehicle operation
• Any accident, injury, or incident occurring during a ride

Prestige Ride Services Inc. operates solely as a:

• Technology and booking platform
• Dispatch and coordination service provider

The company does not own, operate, or control vehicles and does not provide transportation services directly.

Failure to maintain valid insurance or comply with this policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination from the platform
• Legal action where applicable

Prestige Ride Services Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time. Operators will be notified of any changes via formal written notice prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued provision of services following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
